Inspection for your goods is done at either Nateete Branch or Mukono Branch. Our Sales Team shall contact you upon placement of your order.
If there are any issues with delivery, please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org to immediately report and we shall resolve thereto. All claims must be made within 3 days of delivery or of the last scan of the package tracking.
Also, you can check Order Status any time online to find more details about your order. As we process your order, the status bar will move to shipping and finally to delivery. Click on View details to see the shipment tracking number and more details or to navigate to the carrier’s website.
As your order delivers, we will send you email or text message providing the delivery tracking number(s). To see the detailed progress of your delivery, click on the tracking order link provided in your email. Please note that tracking detail may not be active immediately with the carrier; in that case, check back in several hours or the following day.
As we take care of the fulfillment and delivery of the products you purchase on the e-Store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Delivery Notification Email or Text Message.
